Exit on White Oak Ave.  Go north about 100 yards to the intersection of Burbank Blvd - the first light.

Go west/left on Burbank Blvd about 1/2 mile to the intersection of Lindley Ave, also a light. 

Go north/right on Lindley (about 150 yards). 

The Church is the third location on the right.
